Hot Spicy Food Recipes

Are you tired of your daily food taste? If this is the case, then you , but not writing you   find two recipes are very difficult.

spicy recipes in an incredible amount of flavor. Most of  us believe that spicy foods harmful. But the excellent news is that  adding  spices benefits of many foods for our health and welfare a. Some researchers have recommended that spicy food is very good for the brain. Public who eat spicy foods are less likely to degenerative brain or nervous disorders. Spicy foods to help with feelings of despair.

Here are two recipes are extremely hot and spicy:

Spicy Chicken:

Spicy chicken is very easy to cook and you have a rich spicy flavor in the recipe.

Ingredient:

Chicken (cut into little pieces), 2 kg
1 cup chopped onions
black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
chopped green pepper: 10/08
Part 1: Ginger
Curry leaves: 4-5 strands
Oil: 3tbsp


Marine Call:

black pepper powder: 4-5 v. Tea
Turmeric powder: 2 tsp Tea
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Your turmeric, black pepper powder, with a little salt in bowl. Mix these ingredients with the  water. Brush the chicken. Preserve the chicken for about an hour.

Bring a large pot and add chicken on top. Simmer until  that the chicken is tender. Tari all surplus  water after the chicken is cooked. Make a large pot heat 3 tablespoons of  oil. Place the chili powder and fry for a while. Add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and cook a few minutes. Add  chopped onion and cook until  staining. Place the chicken is cooked through and cook several minutes until  that the chicken is golden.

Its taste hot and spicy chicken is ready. You can serve with naan or chapati.
The second law that I   have chosen here is a vegetarian recipe.
Spicy Chili Onion Curry
Bell, l  onion, pepper, curry, a dish is hot and spicy you a taste of garam masala to obtain.


Ingredients:

Chile: 2-3
Onion: 1
turmeric powder: 1 / 4 c. Tea
Oil: 2 tbsp soup
garam masala powder: 1 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
2 tablespoons teaspoon cayenne pepper / red chili powder (optional)


Cooking instructions:

Get a pot to warm the  cooking oil. Add  chopped onion and fry. Place peppers, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Add cayenne pepper powder as per your choice. Cover the pan and cook until  that the peppers are tender. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Remove from heat and serve hot.
You can eat this dish with a variety of basmati rice or chapati with something good. You can also use different colors of peppers to make the court look more delicate.
